- I'm happy to accept the return/exchange of any unworn product that is defective or damaged during shipping due to no fault of your own. You'll be shipped (free of charge, of course!) the same piece right away! If it's no longer available, you'll have the choice of a refund or choosing another piece of the same value.
- Because most people find worn jewelry icky, I cannot accept returns of any products that are now in "hand-me-down" shape. Just put yourself in their shoes (which is also, icky!).
- I'm happy to refund the cost of any order made in error, as long as we haven’t already shipped your jewelry. For example, if you accidentally order two pieces of jewelry and only wanted one, I'll cancel the second order and refund the extra piece that was ordered.
- There will be no refund for the cost of jewelry that you have received and simply don’t like.
